Markus Voss, as a graduate in business administration, has a comprehensive understanding of sales and retail. He spent many years as an executive on the sales front & manager in corporate headquarters and thus has a deep knowledge of customer needs, sales from A-Z and in forming sales teams successfully. The basis for success in sales and customer relationship is a well-founded training paired with practical experience. Markus Voss is also a certified key account manager and strategic sales expert.

Jerome Voland studied marketing and communications which has given him the skills he needs to approach customers worldwide professionally. Through his work for small, medium and international clients in the FMCG sector and the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry, he knows exactly the challenge of turning customers from buyers into fans, and that in a most competitive environment. Jerome Voland has many years of experience in forming and leading international teams and has achieved sustainable growth with them in a wide range of categories and segments.
